I was the Production Stage Manager for The Out-of-Door Academy's version of Shrek the Musical Jr. Due to me graduating high school soon, I let a middle schooler be the Stage Manager allowing me to explore Technical Direction more while still being available for questions. A number of issues arose throughout the process and I was brought back to call the show.
